From food trucks to fine dining, Robinson's dedication to excellence, food safety, and guest satisfaction has remained the hallmark of her career.
Most recently serving as Executive Chef at HHS in Martinsville, VA (September 2024–March 2025), Robinson successfully led a team of culinary professionals to deliver elevated dining experiences, optimize kitchen operations, and enhance cost-efficiency. Her focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and presentation excellence consistently garnered praise from guests and staff alike.
In 2019, Robinson launched Southern Belle Food Truck LLC, her own business based in Danville. As Chef and Owner, she has led all aspects of the mobile culinary operation—from creating unique, flavorful menus to handling accounting, staffing, and client relations. Her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to customer satisfaction have earned her a loyal following and numerous catered events across the region.
Previously, she served as Floating Chef Manager with Meriwether-Godsey Inc. (2014–2019), where she helped standardize operations across multiple accounts, planned catering events, and introduced innovative menu concepts for senior living communities and schools. Earlier roles include Sous Chef at Swan Point Yacht & Country Club and Banquet Cook at the prestigious Westin Charlotte Hotel, where she prepared food for large-scale events of up to 2,000 guests.
Robinson is a two-time Magna Cum Laude graduate of Johnson & Wales University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management and an Associate in Culinary Arts. Her academic excellence complements her practical expertise, allowing her to seamlessly merge the creative and operational sides of culinary leadership.
