Head Start programs prepare America's most vulnerable young children to succeed in school and in life beyond school. To achieve this, Rockingham County Schools Head Start program delivers services to children age 3 to 5 and their families in core areas of early learning, health, and family well-being. 

Yes. Rockingham County Schools Head Start Program has 11 classrooms that serve 198 students across the county.  The RCS Head Start office is located at 705 Ayersville Road, Madison, NC 27205.
