Instructional Support

Instructional Coaches- Instructional Coaches enhance teaching by providing personalized support and professional development. They help teachers improve by offering feedback, modeling techniques, and implementing best practices. They also support Academically Gifted Students with specialized instruction.

Program Lead Teachers- Program Lead Teachers oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with educational standards. They coordinate professional development, manage resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to support teachers and students, fostering a cohesive learning environment.

Coaching- Coaching fosters continuous improvement and collaboration among educators. It encourages reflection, goal-setting, and professional growth through various coaching methods. This approach enhances teaching practices and improves student learning outcomes.
