School Announcements: Today is Monday, February 10th, 2025 Athletics: MHS Basketball Teams will play Reidsville, Tuesday Feb 11th. Seniors will be recognized between the Varsity Boys' and Varsity Girls' game The baseball team has practice every day from 3:45-5:45 for anybody not participating in a winter sport. Tryouts will be on Feb. 12th and 13th, directly after school until 5:45. Rosters will be announced on social media on Friday, February 14th. Anyone interested in participating in outdoor track should stop by Coach Soyars' Room (#10) to sign up. Girls interested in playing Soccer - Tryouts are Feb. 17 and 18 -4:00- 5:30 @ Holmes Middle School- Fields Rides must be there at 5:30. Let's face it, there's no way to be sure WHO you're talking to on the Web unless you know that person face to face in your school, church, or neighborhood. Passwords get stolen, friends "borrow" each other's accounts, and people just plain lie. According to an article on Internet Safety Statistics published in February 2023, about one in seven persons under the age of 18 with online social media accounts received contact by an online predator with one in 25 receiving a sexual solicitation online. If you don't know the person online anywhere but online, be safe and don't share personal information.

RCS Celebrates School Bus Drivers! Bus drivers are the person who ensures their safety each time they step on the bus. On School Bus Driver Appreciation Week, we send our appreciation and support for our bus drivers and thank them for taking care of our children!!

The Edulog Bus Portal app provides RCS families with planned time and location information for your child’s bus ride to and from school. The app will show you the GPS location of the bus and send you a push notification when it is nearing the student’s bus stop. This app is free.
