Good Evening-  This is Angel Scales, Senior ROTC Member, with this week’s Morehead Message.     

-We had a successful Title 1 Report Card Night.  Thanks to everyone that participated.  Make sure you ask your student to see their report card.

-Monday November 11th is Veteran’s Day.  Thank you to all Veterans for your service.  You are appreciated.  This will be a Holiday.  Students will not have school.

-The RockATOP TEACH and RockaTOP Manufacturing Applications are now available.  Please reach out to Mrs. Hensley for more information.

-Doors open at 7:45 AM.  The school day will begin at 8:30 AM and end at 3:30 PM.  All students will be required to go through a weapons detector system when they arrive on campus.  Give your student an extra 5 to 10 minutes. 

-Please make sure your student has a chromebook and has paid the $30 users fee.  Students that have not paid the $30 fee will have their chromebooks locked in the coming weeks.  Reach out to Mrs. Wotring in the media center to make your payment.

-Get your senior a Senior Ad! Seniors have received a card with information about purchasing Senior Ads for the Yearbook. You can also go to  jostensadservice.com/student to create your ad.

-We ask students to not have outside food on campus. We ask for food or drinks to be dropped off in the front office, it must be in a non-logo bag or cup and it will not be delivered to the student until their lunch period.  Students will not be able to leave class to pick up food.

- Winter Sports have begun.  If you are interested in playing a winter sport, reach out to Coach Blackwell, MHS Athletic Director, for more information.
