Good evening this is Kaylee Talbert student president at Morehead for the 24-25 school year with this weeks Morehead message.
Another good weekend at Morehead this past week. We went over "report it, don't repost it." Please review this information with your student and a report will go out this week .
Please check your students grades. Friday, September 27 is a early release day with dismissal at 1: 30 pm.
Doors doors open at 7: 45 AM . All students will enter the gym upon arrival. We would like all students to be dropped off in the circle in the front of the school. Students should not be dropped off in the back of the school. f you're a bus rider rider, please wait at your stop 15 minutes prior and 15 minutes after your designated pick up time. We will be working towards accurate bus rosters and times please be patient the school day will begin at 8: 30 AM and end at 3: 30 PM .
Please have your student here on time . All students will be required to get to a weapon detector system when they arrive on campus , give your student an extra five minutes . Also student drivers need a parking pass to park in the parking lot Parking passes are $25.
Picture make up will be October 3 and 4th.
Parents and guardians of seniors: Are you interested in recognizing your senior in the yearbook? Get them a senior ad. Seniors have received a card with information about purchasing senior ads in the yearbook.
All students at Morehead will be receiving free lunch and breakfast during the school year. Parents will have to fill out the paperwork. We ask that food and drinks dropped off in the front office are in a non- logo bag or cup. It will not be delivered to students until their lunch . Students will not be able to leave class to pick up food.
