I wanted to let you know that bus 185 has been involved in an accident and will be significantly late. So if you could get your students a ride to school that would be great. Thankfully, everybody is OK. No one was hurt but again if you can get your student a ride to school, please do that. We are looking at an hour or more. If you start the class and drop out or if you are asked to leave for behavioral reasons, you will not be allowed to sign up for the next session of classes offered, and another payment is required to enroll in a later class. Checks should be made payable to Morehead High with the student’s name on the memo line. The cost of the class is $40.

IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS *SEE ATTACHED FLYER Attention Rising 7th Grade student: All North Carolina 7th grade students are required to obtain the TDaP and meningococcal vaccines. This immunization requirement is due NO LATER than September 23, 2025. Please make plans for your child to obtain these immunizations this summer by contacting your child's health care provider or the Rockingham County Health Department. Also, discuss with your healthcare provider the other recommended adolescent immunizations that may benefit your student. Once completed, please submit the record to school.
