Our PTSO consists of parents, teachers, and students working together to support Holmes Middle School and its programs. The PTSO usually meets in the school media center on the first Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. of the month unless there is no school. Check us out on Facebook at Holmes Middle School PTSO.

The PTSO's biggest fundraiser is our candy bar sale.  Starting dates will be announced after school begins.  The chocolate bars sell for $1.00 each and profit goes to helping our students at HMS.  

We also sponsored the Halloween and Winter dances in 2017-2024 and helped student council with the Valentine's dance in 2018.

We were able to raise enough money for a new mascot costume and to provide a true "duty free" lunch for our teachers once a month. We also delivered many goodies to students and staff throughout the school year. In the past we have sponsored children from our "Mustang Tree" at Christmas, purchased turkeys at Christmas and Thanksgiving for families in our school, provided the teachers and staff with various lunch options each day of teacher appreciation week, and help our school in many other ways. 

We have helped with the beautification of the outside entry way, cleaning of the carpets in the media center and office areas and have free after school events planned for the students to enjoy in September.

We look forward to serving the needs of the school as whole and working with the families that make not only our school, but our community, a great place to be.

There is no fee for PTSO. All parents are encouraged to be a part of the activities and we look forward to a fantastic school year!
