Good afternoon Dillard Academy families! Last week we started Dalmatians With Character where each week teachers/staff can nominate a student that has displayed our PBIS character trait of the month. For this month our PBIS trait is self-discipline. Each nominee gets a certificate and to place their finger print on Spot to help him earn his spots through showing SPOT on behavior. We also select one K-2 student and one 3-5 student each week that was nominated to receive a book of their choosing. Here are our nominees and 2 winners for last week!

Today is the day we start our One Book, One School! Tonight families should read the first two chapters. There will be trivia questions on the morning announcement and students have a chance to win a prize if they answer correctly. We hope you enjoy the book with your family! Staff are reading it to, so make sure to ask us about the book!
