Stoneville will be hosting a Literacy Night tonight, October 17, 2024, starting a 6:00pm. We invite our students' parents / caregivers to come and learn ways to help their student work on their reading skills at home through everyday activities. Our students have been creating "creepy" recipes in class. They are going to follow that recipe at the event to make their yummy snack. Please join us and be part of the fun.
K-1 classes will be performing music in the auditorium at 7:00pm.
PTO will be providing hot dog dinners-to-go starting at 7:00pm and then after the K-1 performance for those attending that. We will let you know where to pick up your meal tonight.
The Book Fair will be open until 8:00pm tonight. Come early and shop with your child or visit the book fair before you grab your dinner-to-go.
Our fall book fair will be Monday, October 14th- Friday, October 18th. Please check out the following links for more information.

Good morning! I am re-sharing the information from the Salvation Army. If you need help with Christmas, please follow their procedures for signing up. They are accepting applications through October 15th. You cannot receive help from the Salvation Army AND the school. At this time, I cannot guarantee that the school can help due to lack of donations this year. Please make the best decision for your family! - Allison Ortiz

Literacy Observation
8:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Students' parents/caregivers are invited to observe a literacy lesson on Friday, Oct 4th. Join us to see what is happening in your child's classroom to prepare them to be better readers and learn ways you can help your child at home master grade level skills. We hope you can join us for this glimpse into our day. Please return the bottom portion of the invitation that was sent home so we can be prepared for you to have room in the class. If you have lost the invite, simply Dojo your child's teacher and let them know you plan to be here. We hope to see you here!
Please remember that this is a lesson time and students should be attentive to the teacher. Students playing on adult phones or talking to visitors during lesson time will not be allowed. We take learning seriously around here!
