The Rockingham Middle School Improvement Team (SIT) consists of dedicated representatives working together to promote ongoing growth and enhancement at our school. This team includes teacher representatives from each grade level, support staff, and parents, all committed to the school’s success. Elected by our staff, the team meets monthly to discuss, develop, and implement our School Improvement Plan, focusing on initiatives and programs designed to improve the school environment.
