The Dillard School Improvement Team is a collaborative group of representatives dedicated to fostering ongoing growth and progress at our school. This team includes teacher representatives from each grade level, support staff, parents, and community members, all of whom have a vested interest in our school’s success. Elected by our staff, the team meets monthly to discuss, develop, and implement our School Improvement Plan, focusing on programs and initiatives to enhance the school environment.
