ALL students entering 7th grade (2024-2025 school year) must have the following immunizations:
Booster does of TDaP(Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis)
Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV or MenACWY)
North Carolina immunization rules require these vaccines for entry into 7th grade or by age 12. Please contact your child's primary care provider or the local health department now to obtain these REQUIRED immunizations for your child. Send the vaccine record to the school nurse.
